Your responsibilities will be to:

• Design and develop tailor-made digital learning material in various forms
• Work in project form to develop training solutions for our customers
• Our customers span over HR, Marketing, Sales and Aftermarket organizations, all of which need to increase the level of knowledge of their respective target groups, which are often spread globally
• Working in close collaboration with colleagues in a project setup and with customers to understand their needs and context
• Understanding the product and/or the customer's business and produce material that suits the intended target group
• Collaboration with the project members to develop high-quality training solutions

What we expect:

• Experience of digital learning development
• Goal-focused mindset, clear communication with people
• Ability to convey complicated information in an easy-to-understand way
• Interest in learning, previous experience of e-learning production in standard e-learning development tools such as Articulate, Adapt and Adobe Captivate
• Ability to develop an e-learning course from a defined concept, graphical design and script
• Ability to also take on a responsibility for the learning design is an advantage
• Motivated by working in creative teams with talented colleagues - often located at other geographical locations
• Experience of WCAG is also an advantage
